Effective Date: Upon your acceptance of these Terms by registering, applying, or participating in any opportunity with Syeen.

Welcome to Syeen. By accessing or using our website, platform, services, or participating in any Syeen-affiliated events, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Age Requirement

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older. By registering, applying, working with, or participating in any Syeen opportunity, you confirm you meet this legal requirement. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from working with or representing Syeen in any capacity.

2. Voluntary Participation at Your Own Risk

All participation in any event, activation, shoot, or opportunity through Syeen is entirely voluntary and done at your own risk. Syeen is not responsible for any injury, loss, accident, illness, or damages (personal, financial, or otherwise) that occur during, en route to, or as a result of your participation in any opportunity provided by Syeen.

3. Liability Waiver

You fully understand and agree that Syeen cannot and will not be held responsible or liable for your actions, decisions, behavior, or any consequences stemming from your participation. You waive any right to sue, claim damages, or pursue legal action against Syeen, its founders, employees, partners, venues, clients, or affiliates for any reason related to your involvement.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Syeen, its owners, staff, partners, clients, and venues from any and all claims, damages, lawsuits, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your actions

• Your behavior

• Your decisions

• Any breach of these Terms

• Any legal action brought against you by a third party due to your conduct while involved with Syeen

5. Independent Contractor Status

You understand that by participating with Syeen you are acting as an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and any legal responsibilities related to your participation.

6. No Guarantees of Payment or Opportunity

Participation in Syeen does not guarantee paid work unless explicitly stated in writing. Certain events or opportunities may be unpaid and are offered for networking, experience, or exposure.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree to uphold professionalism at all times. Any form of harassment, illegal activity, violence, or behavior that puts others at risk will result in immediate removal from opportunities and permanent ban from future participation.

8. Media Release

By participating, you grant Syeen the right to capture, use, and distribute your name, image, likeness, and any content created in connection with Syeen for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in this jurisdiction.

10. Updates to Terms

Syeen reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes your acceptance of any updates.

11. Acknowledgment of Responsibility

By registering or participating with Syeen, you acknowledge and confirm:
• You are 18 or older
• You accept full legal responsibility for your actions
• You waive any right to hold Syeen responsible for anything that happens
• You agree to indemnify and protect Syeen from any legal issues caused by you.
